The processing of personal data in connection with the organization of the 10th International Symposium on Geotechnical Safety and Risk (ISGSR 2027) is carried out by Wrocław University of Science and Technology in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable regulations of the University.

By creating an account, registering for the conference, submitting scientific contributions or otherwise using the conference management system, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for purposes related to the preparation, organization and administration of ISGSR 2027.

These purposes may include managing user accounts, administering abstract and paper submissions, conducting the peer-review process, communicating with authors, reviewers and participants, preparing the scientific programme and conference materials, registering participants, providing conference-related services, issuing invoices, fulfilling legal and accounting obligations, and ensuring the proper and secure operation of the conference management system.

Information submitted in connection with the conference and intended for scientific or organizational communication may be published or otherwise made available in the conference programme, Book of Abstracts, conference proceedings, conference website, official conference social media channels and other official conference publications or communications.

Official conference communications may include information concerning invited speakers, members of conference committees, honorary distinctions, award recipients, scientific sessions, conference activities and other matters related to the scientific and organizational programme of ISGSR 2027.

When submitting personal data of co-authors or other persons, the submitting person should ensure that they are authorized to provide such information and that the persons concerned have been informed about their inclusion in the conference submission.
