Visa Information
Entry requirements depend on your nationality, travel document and country of residence. Citizens of the EU, EEA and Switzerland may generally enter Poland with a valid passport or national identity card. Other travellers may require a Schengen visa or may be eligible for visa-free entry for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
Participants are responsible for checking the requirements that apply to their circumstances. Please consult the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the relevant Polish consulate before making travel arrangements.
Invitation letters
The ISGSR 2027 Secretariat can issue a standard invitation letter to registered participants who have paid the applicable registration fee. To request a letter, e-mail isgsr2027@pwr.edu.pl and provide your full name exactly as shown in your passport, affiliation, postal address and registration or submission ID. An invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be issued and does not imply financial support from the organisers.
